Health Requirements: We strongly recommend attendees be up to date on COVID-19 and flu vaccines, and we expect attendees to be free of any symptoms of infection and exposure to those with infection or symptoms in the last 10 days. Event will adhere to all CDC, IDPH, and CDPH or applicable local guidelines for capacity restrictions, face covering/masking, food and drink service, and social distancing. Masks are optional and welcome for anyone without symptoms in all Lurie Children’s facilities. Masks are required for anyone with COVID-19 symptoms in any Lurie Children’s facility.
Date/time: Tours last one hour (not including commute time to/from Lurie Children’s) and, based on availably, we offer conference room space for a team meeting before or after your tour, which you can request in the form below.
Location: Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital – 225 E Chicago Avenue, Chicago, IL 60611 (meet on the 2nd floor of Lurie Children’s near the aquarium/Emergency Department entrance)
Parking: Complimentary parking passes will be provided for the Huron/Superior parking garage located at 222 E Huron St, Chicago, IL 60611 (park as close to the southeast corner of the garage as possible, take the elevator to the second floor, and follow the signs to your right and walk across the garage pedway to the bridge to Lurie Children's)
Additionally, all hospital visitors will be asked to sign our Confidentiality & Liability Waiver. You can download here, sign and return prior to arrival, or we will have copies day of if you prefer to sign once at Lurie Children’s.
