Bridges Teen Leadership Board (BTLB) Bridges Teen Leadership Board (BTLB) is a student leadership service board ran through the Lurie Children’s Foundation that brings students together to BRIDGE their communities in support of patients and families at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. Board commitments run from late spring through the main Dance Marathon event
As a BTLB member, you will take an active leadership role in fundraising, recruitment, and awareness efforts leading up to the annual Bridges Dance Marathon. Last year, student leaders raised more than $150,500 to support Lurie Children’s patients and families.
BTLB is more than a club — it is a student-led movement. The impact we make depends on the energy, ideas, and leadership that each board member brings. We are counting on YOU to step up, lead confidently, rally your peers, and help grow this mission within your school and community.
We are looking for students who are ready to challenge themselves, take initiative, think creatively, and be part of something bigger than themselves. If you are passionate about making a difference and excited to lead alongside other motivated students, this is your opportunity to create real impact and help change kids’ health — and change the future.
