This year’s Winter Wishes will support Lurie Children’s Heart Center and their aim to reduce barriers to specialty health care access. With your support, we can provide cardiology services in the highest risk communities, ensure the proper training and lifesaving devices are available to every community after sudden cardiac arrest, and advocate for the most vulnerable populations to have better heart health through preventative cardiology.     Fund top cardiology clinicians and researchers to implement new models of primary care cardiology that could have a national impact on high-risk communities across the United States.

    Provide mobile health clinics for our Preventative Cardiology teams in the Austin or Belmont-Cragin neighborhoods to be accessed by all who need us.

    Provide specialized cardiology equipment, such as biometric scales, EKG, and ECHO equipment at our new Austin HOPE Center to outfit outpatient rooms to be able to care for Cardiology patients.

    Purchase AED device for schools that don’t currently have access through support of Project Adam. It’s crucial in emergency situations and access is a huge barrier in certain communities.
