Family Support Package

What makes Lurie Children's special is the way we care for all aspects of a family's health crisis. Having a child in the hospital can be particularly stressful for many parents and caregivers who must miss work to be at their child's bedside, arrange care for siblings or manage the additional expense of traveling to and from the hospital on a regular basis. Through the Patient Emergency Fund, we assist families struggling to cover the myriad expenses that arise from their child's illness. This gift can provide financial relief to families in need by assisting with costs associated with hospital visits, meals and other needs.
