The Next Generation of Breakthroughs

Advancements in clinical services and research rely on educating and mentoring the next generation of pediatric experts. As an academic medical center, Lurie Children's mission includes training new physician researchers in specialized fields such as pediatric oncology and hematology. Fellows receive training that allows them to develop strong investigative skills and frontline clinical experience. Several of our talented fellows have become full-time faculty members in the division after completing their training. This gift to our fellowship program will help us attract the very finest candidates and train the next generation of specialists in pediatric cancer and blood disorders.
